My wife and I spent all Labor Day weekend looking for a couch. We went to all the major furniture stores in CoolSprings and Rivergate. As we walked into stores we would be surrounded by sales people trying to sell us anything we looked at or sit in. We came back to Mt. Juliet and found Furniture Unlimited and it was a great experience. If they don't have it on the floor, they can order it. We found a great couch for the best price. The owner helped us with the purchase and it could not have been a Better Experience.
I just came back from the delivery of our couch and it was everything the owner said and more. He delivered it with a co-worker and they were very courteous. You can Trust Furniture Unlimited and its owners. We will be making more purchases from them in the near future.
The great thing was we were able to find the Best Deal for the Best Price right in our hometown of Mt. Juliet. You will have a great shopping experience with them.

Ordered a sectional for 1,000.00 and got half of it eventually. Then got the other half finally. When we did get the other half, it was the same piece as the first one. Had to wait another few weeks to get the correct other half of the sectional. We were not very impressed. This microfiber sectional is not made very well either. Had it only 3 years and it is torn all over.

I can't say enough about the kind and generous service my wife and I recieved from the staff. They have treated us like best friends since we walked in the door. Great people and unmatched service. They replaced our ottoman without question and took care of us after the sale just like they would when they are making the sale.
Do yourself a favor and NEVER shop at this store. Not only is the furniture poorly constructed, the customer service is a joke.
