Who ever are posting 5 star must be relatives, friends, the salesmen and store owners themselves. Like many others, I am also one of the customers that have been duped. Domenic G. and his salesmen will bend down on their knees to make a purchase. As soon as you hand them your money, you might as well lawyered up if you don't have a lawyer. I purchase a bedroom set for my daughter over the price for over a month now, I was promised delivery within a week, been calling every week non stop, they had excuses about the warehouse, the snow storm, the wind, the sun, name it.... Let me just say 99% of the time, they do not pick up the phone, and they never once give a courtesy call notifying customers when you will receive your items. After a month of calling non stop, I have finally received pieces of the furniture and have paid $89 to their driver, bed is still missing. I am done calling cause now they do not pick up at all. That same day, I had purchased the same set somewhere else for my 8 year old, I received it within a week and it was $400 less... Yes, believe it. I am taking them to court cause they refuse to give me my money back claiming they have the bed now, but never deliver it. After I am done with them in court, I will call the news and exposed them, then post them all over facebook, so everyone will be aware. They got the wrong customer. When it comes to my money, I will get it back.

Promised delivery within 5 days. Took over two weeks. Not horrible, but they kept telling me it would be in a couple of days. Terrible attitude and service. At first they seem very nice and accommodating, but after they take your order it's a different story. I was delivered WET mattress and foundation, and was promised replacements but then was told they didn't know when they would arrive. They told me they had a lot to do and were very busy. Only when I wanted my money back did I get their attention, but as of now they are not honoring their commitments. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a business. The people who are writing good reviews of this store just got lucky. Check out the Better Business Bureau ratings...complaints seem to go unresolved if you don't get the BBB involved!
The Anonymous Customer's Name is Ivette, why she listed herself as anonymous is because her claims are bogus and false. Ivette is one of the customers we bent over backwards for and did not receive one bit of gratitude from. I made the big mistake of furnishing my whole house using this store. All of the furniture was damaged one way or another. The assembly on some of the furniture was not done correctly, if even done at all, leaving it very unsafe.
