since they don't have all the samples in the show room, and the guys who are working there they don't know what they are talking about, most probably you will end up paying 25% or 50% re-stocking fee to get the correct item. so just do not buy from these guys and go to another place with better exchange policy. ask about written return policy and read it carefully if you want (!) to buy from these guys. I am not happy with my matress box at all. I just bought whole bedroom set ($3000) they recomend the wrong matress box and they are asking for %50 for exchange!!!
