We had purchased a set of three tables and a TV stand, then waited for four months with no delivery and no contact. We finally called them and was told that there was a four-month wait for the TV stand. (Funny that they couldn't have called us to let us know.) Ordered custom fabric for couches & pillows, fabric we chose for the couches was unavailable so it took 3 extra weeks for delivery to have pillows done. Wrong tables were delivered to our home after the 3 weeks. We finally had to return the incorrect tables to the store & pick up the tables we ordered, which we then had to put together ourselves!

We purchased our bedroom furniture at the end of April and was told it would be delivered to our home by the middle of June. We finally received all but one nightstand in September. Apparently the 2nd nightstand is still on backorder and we "should" get it by the end of November.
