Brilliant! Years ago I was on holiday in Florida. I happened upon this place and wondered whether they might have oil seals for the gear-case of my 100 HP Mercury "tower of power". "We'll have to order them" the lady said, they'll be about an hour. Wow! that's what I call service! In the UK it doesn't seem to be possible to get service like that. Instead they will try to sell you a new motor!

I can not say enough great things about Norm and his staff, let's just start by saying that not only was my vessel repairs completed on the original schedule, but they did that even after I called and requested other services be performed on the boat. Top that off with the fact that they had to repair two items that my previous repair facility failed to complete properly, and for some reason...
