Open on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from May to the Saturday before Christmas, this farmer's market provides farm fresh produce, flowers, and plants from over fifty local growers.
The farmers market is a great place to pick up fresh food. It's open two or three days during the week, but I've only ever gone on a Saturday. The farmers market has been around as long as I remember. I went there 40 years ago with my Mom and Grandma. There are still many of the same vendors. The market has really progressed. There are many organic vendors. Produce, flowers, plants, crafts, spices, baked goods are just a few of the wonderful things offered. the Fulton Street Farmer's Market is just wonderful. You can get fresh fruit and vegetables from local farmers. What better than supporting local farmers? They also have local artist that sell their jewelry, crafts, flowers from local farms, fresh baked goods.
