Professional, caring and open to exploring cases on an individual basis. (Not all thyroids behave the same). Only downside - Dr. Al-jabber is so busy that its likely youll wait 8-12 months to get an appointment, even if youre an established patient.

5 mins late for an appointment and get discharged from care. Was on hold for 45 mins andhen tbey claim the apointment time is diddrent. Tried calling and talking to the doctor for emergency and impossible to get in contact with. Doesn't really care about his patients just another number to him.

Dr. Al-Jaghbeer was very professional and knowledgeable! Took a through history and took time to listen to my issues/concern and communicated her findings well. I liked that she emphasized importance of good nutrition and exercise. I will continue to see her as appropriate.

I find Dr. Cooley and his staff to be very dismissive. He frequently reschedules appointments and pushes us out at least a month. We have even been told that he "doesn't want to work that late, so we need to reschedule" an appointment we had waited two months for. The appointment was at 4:00pm.
