Always loved this place and love Dr Rogers. We had a misunderstanding with insurance today and the office manager treated us like complete garbage. Horrible management skills and bad customer relations. It's a good thing she isn't behind the counter all the time or there would be many more unhappy customers. We will not be returning bc of her actions today. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
