Fujiyama used to be one of my favorite places to go eat in Colorado Springs so I was very excited for the grand reopening of the newly remodeled restaurant. Instead, I was extremely disappointed by the quality of service. I loved this place!!! The food was fast and hot. I know someone said the sushi was warm but even fresh fish shouldnt be served cold but room temp. It depends on if your sushi has cooked ingredients, like tempura. I was really impressed with the variety and creativity of the sushi rolls on offer and I cant wait to go back and try more.
