We went to Fujiyama on Friday night. The place was busy but not slammed (we were seated right away). The waitress took an unusually long time to stop by initially, but took our drink orders. Fujiyama used to be one of my favorite places to go eat in Colorado Springs so I was very excited for the grand reopening of the newly remodeled restaurant. I loved this place!!! The food was fast and hot. I know someone said the sushi was warm but even fresh fish shouldnt be served cold but room temp. It depends on if your sushi has cooked ingredients, like tempura. I was really impressed with the variety and creativity of the sushi rolls on offer and I cant wait to go back and try more.
