Fugetsudo has been around for I don't know how long. My family has been friends of the store long before I was born, but even then: I've been a fan ever since I was 5! The owners are always so kind, and their manju is the best!
I recommend getting a mixed box for gifts, or a package of their bite-sized pieces for easy snacking.

Fugetsu-Do confectionary has great japanese sweets and the owners are extremely generous to the surrounding community. even if you dont like mochi, this is definitely a place to visit, its over 100 years old!
