Very disapointed went in to buy a tablet and was totally ignored for over twenty minutes only three customers including me were in the department at the time i was the only black customer in the area so i had to stand out yet with three reps in the area not one asked if i needed help or addressed me
Store it self is nice, but horrible horrible i ll say horrible customer service. employee nor call them self manager is unfriendly, don t care, lack of knowledge of what they re saying. All workers are so busy talking to each other, they don t mind letting customer wait awhile. I ll highly urge people, not to shop at this store, only on little thing is fine, but TV and others, not recommended.
