I was in a lawsuit. With a settlement I could get what I wanted. I wanted a pick up and had cash. Not 1 person came out to help, sat at the window staring at me. No one said hi or go to hell. Went next door to the Chevy house found just what I wanted. Went back to the dodge house got out and waved.

The service department here is the worst I have ever had to deal with. Unprofessional service advisors and managers. I manage a huge fleet (1400+) and would fire ever one of them and start over. I called Dodge Corporation and they are aware of the continued issue. It's sad that the Dodge image is tainted by dealerships like this one.

Too bad there is nothing less than one star. This is because the service department is a joke. They don't stick to their word and trying to find out anything from them is next to impossible. If you leave a message, don't expect a call back. Leroy Gonzales in sales is amazing and has gone above and beyond. It's unfortunate because I will not purchase from a dealership that can't take care of you...
