I am sorry to see such bad reviews. My mother was a resident for 2 years. She made Friendship her home; she loved FS as many of the staff loved her. Most of the staff members from A-Z were very kind, polite, and helpful at honoring the residents request and families.
The staff from Admin., CNA's, Nurses, & Doctor's do the best they can for the number of residents they care for.
I do agree...

Please do not take your loved one to this facility. In just 2 weeks our family member had raging infection with MRSA, infection they denied existed. The two weeks set their recovery back by months. No one washes their hands, not even as they come out of isolation rooms. There were many other issues, including staff not answering calls because the patient had just used the bathroom not that long...

well this is a matter of opinion but in my opinion the people here do not get treated fairly and even the visiters feel uncomfortable.
medication monitoring is such a bad thing here and they use the excuse I am new to the floor or whatever,what are charts made for?
when it comes to changing I dont think it is done oftren enough as This in my opinion can create an infection ,what do you think...

friendship manor isnt a good place too be as they cover up for eachother and the familey gets the blame as eldery who cant defend there self gets the wrost in taking caring of.water served bye housekeepers straws touching eachother and served to patients to drink how very unsanitary.you never see the cna r nurses wash there hands you need more than a pair gloves also feeders need there hands...
