It's very kid and family friendly. Although living in the middle floor is frustrating Friendship heights have been good to my family. I plan on eventually moving out and getting my own. Overall I've enjoyed this nice quiet place for years.

This apartment complex looks great from the first glance. However, once you live in the complex the apartment basically "washes their hands" of anything going wrong. Even the maintenance staff will contradict the opinions of the property manager. The price is good, however, an apartment should help you when it is their building that is having major issues.

I have lived at Friendship Heights for 7 years. I have no complaints. The staff is friendly. Maintenance does an excellent job!
