On new years eve, we called for a taxi. We were told about an hour and twenty minutes. We were ok with that. an hour and half later we called to see what was going on and they remembered our call, but never sent a cab. They told us it was going to be another long wait because they sent a taxi for the people in the next hotel room and forgot about us. Ten minutes later we called back to explain...
