Dr Luk performed surgery on me Feb 18 2019. a triple-hernia> inginual, umbilical, and sternum area. Done at The Villages FL hospital - in one day. Experience COULD NOT have been better - from intial appt/ pre surg to the day of surgery to yesterday which was the post-op appt. This hospital should be closed they should fire everybody that is in charge of this hospital and get some competent Doctors or someone or somebody or individuals that know how to run a hospital professionally the emergency room. No one should sit in an emergency room for 8+ hours waiting for some sort of direction and or treatment on what to do next! this place is a disgrace to the medical...

In August of 1998, The Villages Tri-County Medical Center, Inc. applied to the state of Florida and received a Certificate of Need to build a 60-bed acute care hospital in December of that same year.
