I live in Cole Valley and shopping here is much more convienant than shelping to Whole Foods or Rainbow, BUT you do pay a price. Their produce is beautiful and always from local farms- something that I love supporting but their prices can be ridiculous. I live a few blocks away from Real Foods and often stop by on my way home for the awesome fresh produce this store carries. At first I thought the cashier was having a bad day when I was being checked out but have come to realize that every time I finish my shopping and go to pay the service is downright rude. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth seeing that the produce and products they carry...
