Fresh Air Concepts is a fraud. Joe Haycock (the Owner) is a salesman that will promise you much more than he can provide.They never get building permits unless an inspector catches them, and they let Freon off into the atmosphere instead of recovering it properly (and as required by law) all to save on his personal costs with no benefit to you. Did not complete job, went back and forth with them in 100 degree weather about coming out and fixing/finishing their work. Nasty receptionist like the other review said. STAY AWAY TRUST US!!!!!!
