This is a great place to stretch, meditate and reduce stress. it does not require any previous experience, in fact - the best part of it is that anyone can get started, in any physical condition. Staff is super friendly and nice, very supportive.

My home center is the Santa Clara center but I have been to the Fremont Center many times for trainings and classes.

The staff at the Fremont Center are very caring and sincere in providing a very welcoming and nurturing atmosphere. They really care about the members, making sure they receive utmost and timely advice about their specific conditions to help them live healthier lives.

Overall, Dahn Yoga practice is really a very unique experience. I have improved many of my physical complaints such as migraine, tension and nausea headaches. I also increased my flexibility greatly which...
