What happened to customer service, when you go to a salon you expect the stylist to be a trained professional that can create current, fashionable, and trendy cuts/styles to fit a wide variety of hair textures, lengths etc.... A few of my girlfriend's recommended Frege Salon and said I had to give Roya a try. I had been trying to get the "right' color blond for a few years and kept changing stylists when they couldn't give me what I wanted, so when I had Roya color and cut my hair I was pleasantly surprised at how great it looked and how fast she got me out of there!
