I bought a Lemond from Freewheel and they were awesome throughout the entire process. Shortly after I made the full payment I broke my ankle, and they kept it hanging safely from the shop ceiling until I could get it. I took it back twice to tweak the seat and handlebar sizing, and they were nothing but helpful. Plus, I took a bike maintenance class there, and the shop and people were awesome.
I have bought many bicycles from Freewheel and I have enjoyed working with them. They offer a great selection and a wide range of experiences with types and styles of bikes.
