Stay away from this company!! I have been with Freehold Pest for years. Since they recently went "paperless" and raised their rates, customer care has went out the window. I called their office about an ongoing issue, and I had the misfortunate experience speaking with Kayla. For a front desk/customer service rep, she was rude and condescending. Without leaving a door hanging note informing me that you serviced my home, how am I to know that you where actually there? I had explained that I wanted both in and out treated at each visit...But some how I had begun receiving invoices with ever seeing a tech or a note saying that they came...... I could go on and on, but the bottom line is there are companies, that will be happy to treat customers with respect and be honest in their practices.
