When you first walk in, you might wonder about the grey walls and cabinets; it definately doesn't look like the big box jewelers you find in the malls. The grey allows you to see the true color and brilliance of the diamond. As an amateur photographer, I'd learned about 18% neutral grey; it's the best environment to see the true color of something.
