This lively spot serves down home food, offers daily drink specials and hosts a multitude of live musicians. Lunch and dinner are served daily, with Sunday brunch also available. The on-site patio is a great place to party. The menu offers regional specialties like quail and eggs, hand cut taco cheese fries and the famous Fred burger.

In ShortInside a 70's style dining area with gold booths and outside on the expansive patio tabbed "The Fort", customers enjoy some serious burgers at Fred's Texas Café. The "Fredburger" is a true belt-buster at a half-pound of choice USDA ground, while intrepid types can upgrade to "The Big Fred" at three-fourths of a pound.
