I called for the pharmacy 2 times and the call would not go thru. It kept returning to the main menu. So, I called the main store number and told the associate my problem. I was placed on hold by a male voice and remained there for 10 minutes. I hung up and called Cappel's Drug Store in Kinder, which I might add, is home town owned and not a chain, and I got a live human being on the first ring...

Pharmacists are very helpful , but women that work in Pharmacy for Pharmacists are rude and could care less if you are helped or not. They never smile ,and look as though they hate their jobs. Then pass that on to customers. I have stopped giving them my business. Everyone else in the Freds store in Kinder are very nice and helpful.

I can't rate not even one star. With winter warnings n people not being able to get to their meds local Dr's called meds in the day before storm. I cked 4 times then ask for a call when done. Nothing. So I get up early the morning when all the ice n snow was starting thinking I could get it before conditions got worse and u couldn't get out at all. Your pharmacy closed.
