Took a tire to be mounted there today. Before leaving it, I advised them I needed it by closing. Lady in the office told me she could have this done and would call when it was ready. I advised her my kids were on their way to WA state and did not have a spare tire. They were leaving tonight.

25 minutes before closing, I get a call stating she was so sorry because the mechanics did not advise...
