Once in a while it is great when classic bars from your younger days are exactly the same as you remember - even after 30 years away.
While this time I just stopped in for a drink and to reminisce a little, I have many fond memories of juicy burgers in this tiny spot on the edge of the Plaza....

I have been coming to the one on the Plaza since the 80's and it has always been good. It's not the most current 'sports bar;, meaning it doesn't have 50 TV's going all at once, but it has cold beer, good food, cold beer, a great location, and cold beer. And you can usually find parking in the garage...

We visit the Overland Park area annually for business. Fred P Otts is walking distance from the hotel. The atmosphere is fun with daily food and drink specials. Our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable about local beers. A must visit.

Staying with a friend and this was the closest place to walk to on a cold night. It was a lot smaller than I thought would be. There is a bar, a few scattered tables, and an upstairs area that was occupied by some sort of "Ladies Club" who were more than a tad hostile when I strayed into their...

Fun little pub - reminded us of some of our Irish/midlands UK haunts. Easy to find - good for snacks and nice little beer/IPA issues. No biggie but kind of fun. The upstairs "lair" is cute.
