While shopping for a vehicle I went into Fred Martin Chevrolet and walked out 2 1/2 hours later no closer to buying a vehicle than I was when I walked in. The salesman had no clue how to run a computer, I had to do searches for him. He had no idea how to talk to a bank about paying off a loan, I also did that for him.
