I contacted Franzoso for a replacement roof. I was told my house was not constructed properly. There were cracks in the chimneys. The estimate was high. I asked whether the chimney repairs were included. Initially they were not. When I did not accept, the chimney repairs were included. The estimate was still 7000 dollars high.i used the low bid and so far the new roof seems fine.
