I couldn't disagree more with the complaining reviewer.Franmar Bus has been doing trips for my students for the past 2 years. The people at Franmar turn themselves inside out to make sure things go as planned. Their confirmation process is flawless as is their customer service. Their drivers are courteous and helpful and their buses are clean and mostly air conditioned.I couln't give this...

Terrible Bus Service

I want everyone to know NOT to ever use this bus company. They are rude and have the worst customer service. They make changes at the last possible minute and notify you of the changes in the strangest ways (a fax the morning before I needed the service to notify me of a change. How about a phone call, Franmar??)

Well I just spent an hour writing - in detail - what this horrible bus company did to me and how I was treated and suddenly, it was erased.I may post again later when I stop fuming over losing my entire rant but I want everyone to know NOT to ever use this bus company.
