So I had Franks appliance look at and fix my dryer. It Turns out a bolt was clogged and it needed a door switch. The guy was here for 40 minutes and I was charged a diagnostic fee of $99.50 and a technical service fee of $25 and $35 for parts. I asked what the diagnostic fee was and he said the first half hour is $99.50 and $25 more every half hour more. So essentially I was charged $125 for...

So glad we purchased from Frank's. They have a very knowledgeable sales staff and The BEST repair service ever experienced. The big box stores cannot compete with either. Plus the price was lower. Do not hesitate to buy from Frank's. They have all my future business. Even if their price is little higher. But I doubt it will be.
