Hello! My sons an I went to a trip over to the franklyn zoo this summer in September 7,2008 we had a great time, they have beutifull animals an well taking care off them. I recomended to any one to go an have a great time with their family.. To all the staff of the zoo i want to thank you for such a great experrience. Have a Great year.
My recent trip to the zoo was so dissappointing that I thought I should write in and let people know not to waste their time. The animals, when you can see them (most are hiding) look lethargic and sick, more pitiful than anything. The lion looked borderline dead. The two indoor exhibits smelled so bad of urine that I had to turn around and exit immediately. The admission is fairly priced, but...
The zoo itself is less than impressive. The animals look sad and pathetic.
