I have been using Franklin Auto for the past few years. They are consistently friendly, helpful and fair. Having worked for an auto company for 30 years, I appreciate an honest repair shop that does consistently good work. Given that their gas prices are high compared to area stations, I expected the same for their service, but was pleasantly surprised.
