"Pizzas and pastas are tasty with enough variety to satisfy a group of picky eaters" at this "cozy" Italian spot to "rest your tired feet" located on the fifth floor of the 900 North Michigan Shops; even "locals" "love the view", "reasonable prices" and "friendly" service.

I made reservations for my fiancé and myself and asked for a booth with a bottle of red wine on the table when we arrived. We got stuck in traffic and were 25 minutes late. Frankie's honored my reservation and my booth and wine were waiting for us. The food was fantastic and the service prompt. I would recommend Frankie's to any and everyone.

Great neighborhood spot for pizza and inside 900 N. Michigan makes it a great meeting spot after shopping. Love the option to dine outside of the restaurant, good people watching. Chef Chris Frankie always greets his guests with a smile.

We went there. The food was disappointing. The portions were skimpy. We spent a lot of money. Then I get a notice from Opentable that we never honored our reservations. When I called them they said yes they have us. They don't know how that happened but they couldn't notify Opentable that we were there.

We were downtown for a gymnastics meet at Navy Pier and then an excursion to American Girl doll (right across the street). My wife ordered the chicken limon and loved it our two kids, ages 11 and 9, devoured their pizzas off the kids menu (which offered a great value).

Caesar salad was very good. The brick chicken was only fair as was the ravioli. Overpriced for the food quality. I will not return.
