I recently lost my ""Yellow Make up Sheet"" but have taken the test twice and was treated like a liar, hung up on by the front desk and pretty much told off by the owner which brought me to tears. I left my yellow stupid sheet last time and thought...leave it in the car this time so i never forget it. Bad idea...my kids obviously touched it ...and it's missing. I freaked out! Looked everywhere but thought....yeah this is a New Jersey State approved school....they will have a copy on file since they document how many times you take the test right??? WROOOOONG!!!! You lose this sheet of paper...

This is a school that just talks the talk. Each of the instructors have there own way and methods of teaching and they switch every so often. What one says the other contradicts the next day. Best advice is to go home and read the book on your own. All they care about is the money and the tests are so hard at the end, lickily I was able to get by dont ask me how, lol. If you can pass Kovats...

I am thrilled to be done with the experience of attending Kovats Real Estate school. I was enrolled in the shorter program. First, the girls who work the enrollment desk have an attitude that they're more than happy to share with you either over the phone or in person. God forbid if you have a question or need clarification of something, and have to draw them away from their cell phone or online conversations, they act like they're doing you a favor by answering you at all.

As far as the classes went. Each week was taught by a different instructor, whose opinions and interpretations...
