I hired Frank after reading several reviews on him and other contractors. I should mention it helped that he was one of the first to respond to my inquiry through Home Advisor. He was able to give a written estimate and set a date for work to be done pretty quickly. He also freely offered me the chance to speak with a previous customer for whom he had done similar work as well as photos...

Frank works hard and has good prices but sometimes gets in over his head. I gave him a lot of work too much for one guy without a helper. At the end of the day I got what I paid for... Ok work for an good price.

Frank did a great job with my floors. Make sure when negotiating a contract that you are very specific with the details of what he is expected to do. He told me he would put baseboards up, but he didn't caulk the joints or seal them against the wall, which is what you're suppose to do. I found his personality less than desirable!!!

I hired Frank to removed old kitchen floor and install laminate flooring He picked up the flooring and brought to house prior to installation, he was on time, had everything needed and completed the job sooner then quoted, so I had him do my bathroom.
