I would not recommend him. He came in and completely misdiagnosed me in about 10 minutes. He sent me on my way with a prescription for something that I did not have. I was lucky enough to have my wife take me to the ER later that day where after a thorough examination they determined that I had a blockage in my kidney and was in renal failure. All the signs were there...they just had to ask...
Dr Frane was extremely quick. He listened to my concern and wrote me a prescription. He didn't take my vitals, no blood pressure, temperature ect.. He did not listen to my lungs or heart. I ended up having to go elsewhere and they took blood work and found my white count was very low.
Dr. Stuart was amazing. He is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell that he really cares about his patients and puts in the time to make sure you feel comfortable and get all of your questions answered. I highly recommend him.
