Rip off
They were supposed to make an ornate wooden frame for me but never did. After 3 weeks I asked for my money back. They refused saying they would only give me store credit. I don't even know if I can take them to small claims court over $125.00 I really hope someone reads this and decides to not spend money with them.
quotes that change on a whim
I went in today to get a painting mounted in a frame I love and have glass added. After showing him the shape on paper and giving him the dimensions he gave me a quote and said that it could be done in one day.
I traveled home, got the painting, came back to the shop and the price had gone up 50%. Then I'm told the earliest my painting *might* be framed is the close of business the following day. Then I'm asked to pay the full inflated price up front even though he may not have my painting framed in time for my event.
Upon pointing this out I'm told I can take it elsewhere. Beyond unpleasant.
