Couldn't believe anyone would buy from this store I shop there twice and each time frame broke after hanging on the wall for a few months. Plus I couldn't believe what I read on another review site.

Terrible customer service. Took calling them three times to get them to follow through with processing the return slips. Ridiculous charges for shipping. Terrible return policy. You have to ships the frames back on your own dime, and they charge a 25% restocking fee. And they only give you store credit, no refunds.

I seldom write reviews, but I feel like I have found a gem that others can benefit from. Framing is so expensive, especially custom sizes and in wood (or beyond the basic metal and college ""dorm room"" type frame). I had quite a bit of framing to do and ordered 5 large sized custom-made frames in the past few weeks from Frame USA. They came immediately, fit perfectly and were packed with care. Frankly, I couldn't believe it. The frames were about $25-$30 each for large sizes, wood. I found them online at frameusa.c0m The site is kind of clunky (eg feels like a wholesale site), but...

Lost my order! After three weeks they unable to find my order. Yet they billing my account and have my money. My order has completed disappeared from their computer system.

At his time I can only give a Do Not Recommend!
