About 4 months ago I brought 4 limited seriagraghs to The Frame Factory to be reframed because I was concerned about the humidity problem in Florida. The cost was over $2000. We discussed the humidity problem and was told they would be sealed to prevent damage. I recently noticed one of them was beginning to wave at the edges and bubble in another spot. I returned it to The Frame Factory and Mary proceeded to tell it was humidity and that all fine art will do that. She also told me that I should go to the Dali museum to see that their art also has waves. She said she would look into...
