I liked that they did call before delivery but the 12 red roses only lasted about 3 days and 8 of them never opened. For $81 they should have lasted a lot longer and the presentation should have been better.

Awful. Just received a Valentine's delivery and the flowers were brown, wilted and sad. Not fresh. I decided I would call and let the store know what happened vs letting my husband know, after all he tried to do a nice thing and the rest was out of his control. Agree with Jeri B. If you want a first-class florist, go to Foxglove Flowers on Quaker Lane in Alexandria. Their name is similar but their quality is far superior than Foxchase!!!
