While I can't vouch for the plumbing or electrical departments at Fox, the HVAC department is phenomenal. Before we bought our house, we were renting and we called Fox when our AC went out. I had same day service and a very courteous technician came to our house. He removed his shoes when he came in and spoke in layman terms regarding the repair. After we bought our house, we needed to replace the entire AC system and weatherize. Not only did they provide us a reasonable estimate (we priced out a few other companies in town), but they helped with our city rebates and financing. I...
