I would not recommend the company this was my first time using a moving company all i needed was for some one load items that I could not move my self and overnight storage but the nightmare began when my house did not close on time I pay $722.00 for them to load and unload which took 55 min of course there was a min of 2 hrs which was not told to me when I called to get a estimate on May 5th i understood about the 2 hrs min after the were at my home so I proceeded to let them load and take my items Well, my closing did not take place at all so I call at 3:45 to see what I need to do THE OWNER was very upset because the truck was all ready trying to deliver my items (to the wrong house). I thought I made my self clear to young man that delivered my items that I would call them because I was not sure of the closing time (the time was set for 2:00 but was pushed to the next day
In the owners words (I'm sick of you people)take to meant because we were afro-american....ALL I WAS TRYING TO DO WAS GET SOMEONE TO LOAD AND UNLOAD STORE MY ITEMS OVERNIGHT AND CALL THEM WHEN I WAS READY I THOUGHT THAT WHEN THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD UNLOAD THE AT THERE OFFICE THAT IT WOULD BE STORED OF (COURSE FOR A FEE) AND THEN DELIVERED WHEN I NEED THEM TO. I'm A christian woman I would not lie just to save a few dollars. They gave vague prices that's were the problems started..Also they broke my lamp, put dents in my 2000.00 refrig have my furniture turned up side down on the dirty truck it was not covered scratched my white dryer to the metal. And when we asked about adjusting the price THE OWNER HUNG UP IN MY FACE TWICE IN ONE DAY. I'm blessed that was all, i just wanted my items off there truck did i mention that none of the items made it in my new home they sitting in my garage, I did not want them to do anything else because i scared that they would treat my home like they did my furniture. THIS WAS ONEOF THE MOVERS COMMENTS WE ARE THE CHEAPEST THE JOKE WAS ON ME CHEAPER IS NOT ALL WAYS BETTER.

PLEASE DON'T LET THEM FOOL YOU BECAUSE THEY TALK A GOOD GAME THEY JUST DON'T BACK IT UP....TRUST THE BBB THERE IS A GOOD REASON WHY THEY ARE NOT A MEMBER

it's your move..but i would search elsewhere. my husband and i used them to move us a few months back..the movers themselves were fine..(though smaller than my 5"7 hubby) the manager was rude and made no apologies for a SEVERAL hours late move..and never offered a solid reason or apology

I oringinally wasn't going to hire a moving company because I wanted to do the move myself, but it would have been too much work and too overwhelming. Fox had a great price and they came out exactly when I needed them to.
