Lived here for about 9 years now. The staff has always been very friendly to me and have resolved any issues i've had. Reasonable rents, would highly recommend living here. Any time we have a problem, they have it fixed in no time(which is hardly ever). Plus if you have children and you are in RISD and go to Lake highlands, elementary through High school is down the road.
