Mantience will not come to your apartment no matter how many times you ask. The useless staff makes promises they cannot keep. And you will not get your deposit back even if they have to make stuff up to keep it.

Reasonable price, no major problems. Pool was never opened the year I stayed and uneventful and happy.

Expect $300 plus electric bills in the Winter, fireplace looses more heat up the chimney that its worth. Swimming pool was never opened up this last year. If they invested in these properties and did a little insulation work it might be better.
1/2 of the security lighting around the complex are faulty for Months.

I only lived there for 6 months, but in that time I found
the one bedroom upper to be very drafty and very expensive
to heat (electric heat) and there is some late night activity
which may keep you up at night
