I called the front desk to complain about kids running in the hall out side my room late one night and the desk clerk told me he would call security immediately and no more than two minutes later the noise stopped and did not start again.
The hotel staff was excellent. Very friendly upon arrival and accommodated the three of us traveling together with rooms near by each other.
This was a nice hotel with friendly staff. Had everything we needed as far as amenities.
The room was Okay, my nephew enjoyed the pool,but the place was dirty. Will not stay here again. Not even for the price.

Quite disappointing
We stayed for two nights. When we first arrived, the room we had was near the pool and a bit loud, I am picky. I went to the front desk and the gentlemen there changed rooms for us immediately with no complaint and he went out of his way later to ask if the new room was good for us, and it absolutely was.
