How do I create tags for my business listing?

I just joined today, and I have tried to link to the tags tab in my account, and when I press on the tags tab I cannot open it.

Am I doing something wrong?

Where should I be going to create a TAG?

  You can create tags by going to the business you'd like to tag and clicking the "Add a tag" link in the "Your Tags" section.
