Tags, finding my page, and other confusions

Am I the only one who is finding YellowBot impossible to navigate from a business-owner standpoint?

I'm utterly unable to find my business (James Kelsey Studios, Port Orchard, Washington) online either by directly typing that or a search..

and

And these TAGS.... I go to my account and there's a 'tag' link, but it just says NO TAGS YET, but nowhere on YellowBot do they explain HOW to tag my own listing with specific search words.

Please say I'm not alone one this... I've only been online for 17 years... I like to think I've got a clue.

  Thanks for the feedback. We searched our listings for your business and could not find it. We strive to have as comprehensive a set of data as possible. If you search for a business and do not find it, we ask that you let us know by clicking on the "Submit a business" link at the bottom of the search results page. As soon as we get it, our editorial staff reviews and verifies the information before approving it.
  
  Your point about tags is noted and we will take action on that immediately. The message we will try to convey is that you must find a business, go to its page, then tag from that page. The list of tags on your account are there for quick retrieval of business you have tagged. Expect to find a change on our site shortly.

  Then I'm confused. I have an account name (same as my business... James Kelsey Studios) and I GOT the account by going through the 'submit a business' link.
  
  There's something going on if someone does all of that and you can't find my business, and by 'you' I mean YellowBot. What do I need to do to submit a business other than click 'submit a business' and add the information?

  I just tried resubmitting my information, but now I *KNOW* I already did it because my browser put up correct 'suggested' fill-ins for every box after I typed the first letter. I've read in other forums where people have had the same issue.
  
  Also, why is it so hard to FIND "submit a new business"???? Logically, it would be on the MAIN page or at the bottom of every search page, but it's in neither location.
  
  You have "INVITE A FRIEND TO YELLOWBOT" incredibly noticeable on the top of your front page, but why would I recommend it to a friend at this point when it's so difficult to 'submit' my business here?
  
  Hopefully things are looking up. I think YellowBot is a GREAT concept and I did notice the 'beta' (and 'alpha') notations, so I'm not nearly as upset as the words coming out of my finger tips may suggest.
