  1) Scroll to the bottom of the business details page (the one with the reviews) for the listing you'd like to update and click on the "Submit a correction" link. This will take you to a pre-populated form.
  
  2) Click on this link: http://www.yellowbot.com/submit/corre... You'll have to fill out all the business information from scratch. :-)

  My name is John Chetwood and I own Platinum Custom Pools, LLC and have for over a decade. I've recently come across three (3) listings of Platinum Custom Pools in your yellowbot site and only one is my correct information; the other two listings have a different phone number (that I never owned) and apparently seem to point to someone else in San Antonio Texas. I've tried to click on the link 'Are you the business owner' to try and recapture those two listings, but it doesn't do anything but take me to a page that say's the Deluxe feature is still being worked on.   There is a simple reason so many people are posting all their business information HERE....
  
  It's because it's impossible to navigate this site!!!! I signed up and tried to place my business here 6 months ago, and it never happened. There is NO "submit business" on the front page and I've never been able to find it.
  
  Actually, I'm amazed so many others have.
  
  I even emailed someone from yellowbot, but it seems to have done absolutely NO GOOD since apparently I'm still not listed Under James Kelsey, Artist, Sculptor, Seattle or Port Orchard.
  
  All of these requests to be added to yellowbot in this inappropriate forum is evidence that something is seriously WRONG with the system for adding businesses... the question is, does anyone care and will anyone fix it?
