Why is my business not listed 8 months after submitting?

I submitted my business information a LONG time ago; I've talked to someone from yellowbot, I've RESUBMITTED my business and there's still absolutely nothing.

I've seen plenty of frustration around this issue in the past, but curiously, when I looked into the forums today, there's no posts about it any longer.

Should I RE-resubmit my company information (James Kelsey Studios) or simply give up on YellowBot?
